Lithium Battery Technology

12/24VDC and 230VAC simultaneously

A complete lithium power solution from Clayton power allows you to use 12/24VDC (Direct Current) and 230VAC (Alternating Current) simultaneously, providing electricity for light, air conditioning, computers, and other electronic equipment. While driving and when connected to a 230V mains the lithium as well as the starter batteries are charged, lengthening the lifetime of the latter.

Heavy weight reduction

Lithium batteries are compact and may reduce the weight of library busses with up to 500 kg compared to those equipped with traditional 400-800Ah AGM lead batteries. Lithium batteries have extremely fast charging times, down to two hours for a 200Ah battery, and lasts up to six times longer than lead batteries with amazing 3000 cycles. Lithium technology is a most efficient and economical solution in the long run.

Independence for library busses with lithium technology

Lithium technology defines a new era in power solutions. You may utilise up to 80 % of the power capacity of lithium batteries during high consumption without reducing its lifetime, compared to only 30-50 % of the capacity of a lead battery. This means that a 400Ah lithium battery compares to a traditional 800-1000Ah AGM lead battery pack. Lithium extends your independency of the mains and is the perfect solution for public service vehicles on the move.
