1. Sufficient power for the entire workday
Hansa-Flex now enjoys uninterrupted power for the entire workday, eliminating any concerns about running out of energy during tasks.
Case study: Hansa-Flex
Hydraulic service work often demands a variety of specialized equipment for repairs and maintenance — many requiring 230V power, while also relying on a powerful 12V output.

Their fully equipped service van is outfitted with the advanced LPS II power supply from Clayton Power, providing seamless access to both 230V and 12V power.
Christian Malais from Hansa-Flex shares, "With the LPS, I can work throughout the entire day without any interruptions."

Hansa-Flex has equipped their service vehicle with solar panels on the roof, taking a step towards sustainability. The LPS features an integrated solar regulator, making it easy to connect and utilize energy from the panels. The input from the solar panels can be conveniently monitored through the LPS display, ensuring optimal performance.

Hydraulic services often demand a variety of specialized equipment for repairs and maintenance, many of which require 230V power. On-site, Christian Malais utilizes several essential tools, including a peeling machine, cutting machine, and hydraulic hose pressing machine. These devices are automatically charged by the LPS and the solar panels, ensuring continuous operation.
Safety remains a top priority. The LPS also powers the 12V warning light, keeping the worksite visible and secure.
Ibe Deryckere from Moduvan, the company responsible for outfitting Hansa-Flex’s service vehicles, notes that there is an increasing demand for varied lighting solutions in these vehicles.
The LPS from Clayton Power, equipped with a powerful 3000W inverter and a 2 kWh lithium battery, enables the seamless operation of essential tools and lighting, as well as additional conveniences like a coffee machine and microwave oven.
